Wonderful Display, Good Battery Life! (Updated)

Update after about 2 Months of Usage: I stick to the initial impressions on the Display and Battery Life. This oneplus device is excellent on these 2 aspects. I read some review about battery not lasting long enough. But I did not face any issues. It easily lasts for 24 Hrs – for medium-high usage. Charging speed is very good, about 30 to 40 Mins to reach 100 from 20.One more positive thing about camera – is the video recording. Excellent reproduction of visuals and sound.Performance is very good as I load heavy Apps related to work; it supports multi-tasking like screen sharing and AV calling while running background apps simultaneously.———————————————About cons – Not much but very small niggles. Sometimes screen refresh doesnt happen even after theapp is closed, esp. when media plays in a browser. And the back glossy panel attracts fingerprints.All in all a decent purchase and I am a happy user. Thanks!—————————————————————————–I got this phone delivered the next day of ordering, as part of prime day sale. Writing this review after few days of use.Well the first impression about the back panel color is – it’s blue rather than green! nevertheless it looks cool and feels premium. The glass finish is shiny, but I would recommend to use the rubber back cover that comes with the box. But you might have to invest to buy a transparent, bumper cover in the long run.Display – It is awesome as I keep looking the phone just to admire the different wall papers and text settings, etc. Colors are deep and rich! Almost zero bloatware.Battery – For a mild to medium user like me(about 3 Hrs of active usage), the battery has lasted for more than 24 Hrs. Also the fast charger works as expected. Full charge in less than an hour.Audio – Yes, I do miss the 3.5MM Jack especially as my old phone had that feature. However, the call quality through the device and through the BT earphones are ultra clear. No default music player app provided as in Samsung devices, but YT music/Spotify can fulfill your music needs. Hearing songs through built in speakers was goodIt comes with other bells and whistles like – favorite contacts widget, customizable always-on-display and in-display fingerprint sensor , battery saving mode, etc. I particularly like the fingerprint animation settings.Performance – well for my moderate usage I have not faced any problems so far. Stutter free scrolling, and apps are getting loaded in a jiffy and all the apps work smoothly; notifications work very well. Videos played well. Actually, nothing to complain here in these few days of usage.Camera – Honestly not able to test it in different conditions, but both day and night photos seem to come out well. Video calls quality is also great.Also, the phone does not feel heavy to hold. Even people with small hands should not have a problem in holding and operating the phone.I hope I can write a detailed review after few weeks of thorough usage. Thanks!

Performance

Some issues I’ll face it about display

From the starting *The phone works very well, there is no issue in any function but when the screen is black, I see a few white very minor dots*, it should not be like this & I’m very very disappointed with this not any function of hardware quality wise but really display is not good with this issue [OnePlus you need to fix this] Many people trust you and like you, but do not make anyone sad with this small flaw.

Nord 3 honest 1 week review

It’s a good package, offers many things at this price point. I would say it’s an all rounder phone, doesn’t have any major flaw in anything. I got it for 27k with 3000 coupon and 3000 ICICI discount, so it’s a good deal.Pros:1) Very good processor, can comfortably play any game like genshin on mid-high graphics 60 fps. Heating management is good due to it being mediatek d9000 processor. Doesn’t throttle noticeably.2) Camera is decent in well lighted and low lighted conditions, macro is a bit lacking, but selfie is good. You’ll get a decent vlogging experience with its video, but if you want a phone for purely it’s camera capabilities, go for S21 FE. But it’s still a 8/10 camera for me.3) Superb display. Near non existent bezels. 120 hz. A pure joy to use the display.4) Battery life is stellar. Charges in 20-30 min (full) and goes easily a day.Cons:1) the green color case tends to get dirty. Go for black

BATTERY IS BAD

Battery drains out very quickly. I got the phone today at around 5 pm. I then set it up and charged it to 99% and left it idle. Say around 6 pm I left the phone idle. By 6:45 pm, the charge reached to 95%. There is no SIM, no hotspot, no internet. Thogh the charging is fast, the drainage is equally fast.

Decent product

This is a good phone and as expected it’s pretty fast. I don’t play games on the phone so I am not sure how it performs in that department. For general use its awesome.I do have one concern and that’s the battery optimisation. Though it has huge battery sometimes it does not perform so well. Coming from OnePlus 7 I found that Nord 3 needs some battery optimisation.

Not satisfied after updation….

Good sound clarity and quality of the product is excellent..oneplus is used from last 2 to 3 models .. this is another one and good to use this recent model but after updating the mobile charging gets drained very quickly.. photo clarity and videos are upto the mark.. o would like yo recommend this mobile for gaming users also… price is too high even some of u are getting buds i think 4ice is high while compare to other mobiles having same features…

I am writing this review after 3days use one plus Nord 3, overall great experience,I get this product just 22k with exchange and discounts,Review1.Display – No comparison as I checked with others,it’s totally great feel2. Camera 📸- Sony imax camera is outstanding I am also share some capture3.Battery – After OS update battery is looking good and overall 7 hours u can use with alltime internet connection on and sometimes pubg , sometimes watch reel and as well as social mediaAnd overall it’s my opinion, value for money,I am happy with OnePlus after used 7years Redmi.

Everything about this phone is good but I found one major and one minor issue. Major- battery drain. The battery drain on this phone is a bit higher than average and also battery backup for a 5000mah battery is poor. It doesn’t feel like this phone have a 5000mah power house. Minor- The back of the phone feels little bit warm sometimes ( very lesser amount of time ).Camera of the phone is awesome. Sound output is also good. No issues in display. Extremely happy with such low bezels but finding a perfect tempered glass for such a low bezel screen is a pain.Over-all, it’s a decent buy if you’re looking for a phone under 40K without curved screen. Oxygen OS/Color os is very user friendly and have all the features an average human askes for. Fingerprint scanner is a bit on the lower side of the screen but absolutely fast. Dimensity 9000 is performing incredibly superb. No complaints on performance side.Update:- They are not fixing the battery drain.

Over-rated expensive from House of Vivo

Good but not the best

Phone looks elite. Perfomance is good, no lag. Camera is not so great. Doesn’t seem like 5000 mah battery as it drains out even if not used. Battery might last for 4 to 5 hours with internet turned on. I have used Samsung M31 having same 5000 mah battery which was too good compared to this phone. But the good thing in Nord 3 is it gets fully charged within 30 minutes. Overall a good phone but could have been a better product.
